At Luxury Diamond Labs, every piece of jewelry is crafted with care and precision. To protect both our clients and our craftsmanship, the following policies apply:
All custom-made jewelry orders are final sale and non-refundable.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pickup.
Custom pieces are designed to your specifications and are therefore final sale. These items cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of future resale by Luxury Diamond Labs.
Minor variations between digital renderings (CADs) and the final product are expected due to natural diamond and gemstone characteristics. These variations are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any issues related to craftsmanship are covered under our 1-year Manufacturing Warranty (see below).
Non-custom jewelry may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
All returns are subject to inspection. Jewelry showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after inspection.
