All loose diamonds 1.00 carat and above sold individually by Luxury Diamond Labs are accompanied by an independent grading report from the International Gemological Institute (IGI).
Jewelry containing multiple diamonds (e.g., tennis bracelets, eternity bands, cluster settings) may not include individual certificates for each stone. Instead, such pieces will be accompanied by an appraisal or quality assessment describing the overall diamond quality and total carat weight.
If a return is accepted, the original IGI certificate must also be returned (where applicable). Failure to return the certificate will result in a replacement fee of CAD $300 + HST (or current market replacement cost, whichever is higher), which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Jewelry set with smaller diamonds or gemstones may not include individual certifications, but all diamonds are sourced and graded to Luxury Diamond Labs’ strict standards.
Luxury Diamond Labs provides a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in craftsmanship and materials.
If a client notices a loose or wiggling stone, the item must be brought to Luxury Diamond Labs immediately for inspection and repair.
Warranty claims require the original stone to be present in the setting. If the stone is lost before being brought in, the warranty does not apply.
This warranty does not cover the loss or replacement of center stones, damage caused by neglect, accidents, normal wear, loss, theft, or alterations performed by third parties.
Determination of whether an issue is due to a manufacturing defect or external damage will be made at the sole discretion of Luxury Diamond Labs or its authorized jeweler.
